Group Training with BENEFITS!


Small Group Training


Small Group training is a dynamic and motivating fitness experience that provides the benefits of personal training in a fun and social setting. These groups consist of 2-4 people and are designed to be a higher intensity workout. This class is for more advanced fitness enthusiasts. Owner Brent Freeland will lead a group of like-minded individuals through challenging and varied workout routines that are designed to deliver results. The energy and camaraderie of a group setting encourages participants to push themselves further, providing a supportive and inclusive environment for growth and progress.

Mobility, Posture and Nutrition Coaching


Many people struggle with chronic pain, mobility limitations, or postural issues. Brent works with clients to develop personalized exercise plans designed to improve mobility, strength, and flexibility. This approach can lead to better movement patterns, improved posture, enhanced injury prevention, and may help reduce overall discomfort.

In addition, nutrition coaching at our facility supports clients in achieving their health and fitness goals through individualized nutrition planning. With a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition, Brent works one-on-one with clients to assess eating habits, estimate caloric and macronutrient needs, review food logs, suggest healthier options, and provide ongoing guidance and accountability. Whether the goal is weight loss, muscle gain, improved athletic performance, or simply adopting healthier eating habits, clients are supported in making sustainable lifestyle changes that promote overall health and well-being.
